SPIE UK Secures Edinburgh Leisure Contract Win For Fire And Security Maintenance
SPIE UK will be carrying out routine maintenance of fire and intruder alarms as well as CCTV systems for the largest leisure trust in Scotland
SPIE UK, a division of the Imtech Group, has been awarded a major contract to provide fire and security maintenance services to Edinburgh Leisure, the largest leisure trust in Scotland. The three-year contract was awarded following a competitive tender process, and it represents a significant win for SPIE UK's Fire & Security business.
Edinburgh Leisure is a charity registered in Scotland, dedicated to making a positive difference by creating opportunities for everyone to get active, stay active and achieve more with over five million customer visits across 29 venues which include the European International Climbing Arena as well as the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Under the contract, SPIE UK's Scottish team will carry out routine maintenance of fire, intruder alarm, and CCTV systems across Edinburgh Leisure's sites. The team will use their expertise in fire and security systems to ensure that all equipment is operating at peak performance and meets the highest standards of safety and security.

The contract represents a new customer win for SPIE UK which came about as a result of a competitive tender process. The competition was fierce, with multiple bidders including the incumbent contractors. However, SPIE UK's track record of delivering high-quality services, combined with its expertise in fire and security systems, set it apart from the competition.
