DHF To Exhibit At The Security Event At The NEC

The Security Event logo, 25-27 April at the NEC Door & Hardware Federation (DHF) has announced that it will be exhibiting at the Security Event at Birmingham’s NEC from 25th - 27th April. The event brings together installers, integrators, manufacturers, distributors, and end users, and showcases the world’s leading security brands, offering the best opportunity to source the latest products, technologies, and solutions, whilst networking and meeting face-to-face with key experts from across the industry.

Designed ‘by the industry, for the industry’, the Security Event was developed with support from a group of the industry’s major players to deliver a world class exhibition dedicated to UK security professionals. It is now renowned as the UK's premier commercial, enterprise and domestic security event and will offer a platform for a world-class education programme, market leaders and industry experts at the home of UK security. It also offers unlimited opportunities to connect with new and existing contacts, and industry peers.

The Fire Event will also take place at the NEC on the same dates; it is dedicated to supporting industry practitioners, professionals, and organisations in achieving and maintaining the very highest standards of fire safety management, showcasing the latest products, technology, and solutions in fire safety, and offering practical advice and live demonstrations.

“As a supporting partner of the Security Event, DHF is continuing to demonstrate its on-going commitment to strive for change and awareness in these sectors. Both the Security Event and the Fire Event are the perfect platform from which to demonstrate our continued backing for the use of third-party certified fire doorsets and for lock cylinders and door handles on entrance doors to meet the TS 007 standard,” says DHF’s Commercial Director, Patricia Sowsbery-Stevens. “DHF is extremely pleased to be exhibiting at the Security Event again this year and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand. The DHF team will be on hand to meet with new and existing members to discuss how we can support businesses achieve compliance.”

DHF will be on stand 4/M95 in the Physical Security section of the exhibition and available to discuss membership and provide information on its training, including the programme of one-day theory-based awareness training courses offered in collaboration with BRE that cover fire door safety, inspection, installation, and on-going maintenance of fire doorsets.
