Covalt Appoints Christopher Williams As New Business Development Director

Christopher Williams, new Business Development Director at Covalt Covalt has announced the appointment of Christopher Williams as its new Business Development Director. The expansion of the firm’s senior team forms part of Covalt’s ambitious growth strategy that aims to have over one million square foot of workspace under management within five years.

Joining from NewFlex, and having previously worked at Aldi, Christopher has a wealth of experience across both commercial real estate and retail to help underpin Covalt’s customer‑focused proposition. With enquiries for flexible office space in January 2024 being 10% higher than the same period in 2023, Christopher joins at an exciting time as landlords across the UK realise the potential in building flexible workspace into their portfolio.

To capitalise on soaring demand, Christopher will lead on prospecting new opportunities for Covalt to deliver its start‑to‑finish management service for flexible workspaces; supporting landlords in building out their own flexible workspace proposition, covering everything from branding and design through to fit out and management. Since launching in April 2023, Covalt already has more than 100,000 sq ft under management.
