Jeff Flanagan, new CEO of Bidvest Noonan's business in Great Britain Bidvest Noonan has announced its appointment of Jeff Flanagan as Chief Executive Officer for its business in Great Britain. Flanagan succeeds Charlotte Marshall, who has decided to step down as CEO to pursue other interests. During her time at Bidvest Noonan, Marshall oversaw the successful integration of Cordant Services and the Axis group, restructured the business, and built a highly experienced leadership team.
