Jaguar Building Services Secures Contract At The Bailey Jaguar Building Services in London have confirmed that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar have secured the mechanical and electrical engineering services contract at the prestigious The Bailey, 16 Old Bailey.

The Bailey is located directly opposite the Old Bailey High Court, the building was renovated in 2021 into high quality flexible office accommodation. The Grade II listed front section originally constructed in the early 20th Century has been preserved in the renovation works.

Comprising approximately 115,000 sq. Ft., the newly refurbished space will provide landscaped terracing over four floors, views over the city and the Old Bailey High Court with a duplex office suite on the top two floors.

Robbie Kitson, Associate Director, said that Jaguar’s established ‘Mobilisation Team’ have already begun work at The Bailey to ensure that the site is setup and ready to go. They are looking forward to working alongside Helix Property Advisors, the property and asset management firm, over the next year to provide a bespoke M&E solution for this prestigious building.
