Workman Expands Building Consultancy Capability With Ten New Appointments

Workman LLP, the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm, has grown its Building Consultancy team to meet client demand for its expanding range of specialisms, and to reinforce core building surveying capability.

With ten recent new appointments, including three new senior‑level hires, the Workman Building Consultancy team now encompasses more than 140 commercial building surveyors across our nationwide network of 11 UK offices.

To meet the growing demand for technical experts, Workman has welcomed the following three senior specialists:

  • Keith Godsmark, Director, Development Support
  • Oliver Young, Director, Technical Due Diligence
  • Colin Bell, Associate, Fire Door and Compartmentation Lead

Additionally, Workman’s core building surveying capability has been bolstered through the recruitment of seven additional team members: Amanda Haldane, Senior Associate; Tiffany Walton, Associate; Lloyd Bishop, Associate; Tim Moon, Associate; Philip Close, Associate; Elena Budd, Senior Building Surveyor; and Tessa Phippen, Building Consultancy Administrator.
