New Easyline Edge Helps Manufacturers Create Safer Sites
Industrial lubricants and site safety specialist ROCOL has introduced a new line marking applicator to help manufacturing facilities plan their safe reopening and incorporate socially distanced working into their operational plans.
The new applicator is part of the patented EASYLINE EDGE line marking system. When used with EASYLINE EDGE line marking paint, it produces sharp, clear, durable lines, lasting up to twice as long as leading competitors, and makes professional quality line marking easy to achieve without bringing external contractors onto site.

The new EASYLINE EDGE applicator is ideal for marking factory floors, warehouses, car parks, walkways and other hard, flat surfaces. The applicator is adjustable and can mark any line width between 50 and 100mm. Thanks to the unique design and flexibility of the adjustable wheels, it can be used to paint lines close to curbs and racking.
The new masking plates aid paint flow for improved line edge definition and an improved rear wheel design means the applicator can also be used on rougher surfaces. Supplied in a heavy duty carry case, the applicator is readily portable.
A modified rear leg design makes it easy to create freehand curved lines without masks or stencils. ROCOL also offers a handheld applicator, which is ideal for painting zebra crossings, and stencils
allow for the easy creation of arrows. The paint is touch dry in ten minutes, traffic-ready in 30 minutes and is not classified as irritant, toxic or harmful to the environment or aquatic life.
