Level 2 - Precautionary - Enhanced Sanitisation Clean
This level is something to consider as a one off thorough clean in buildings which are currently operational and require a deep clean.
Provided by our specialist teams, this standard includes the use of viricidal cleaning products and a light spray of doors, walls, washrooms and heavy footfall areas. This service is also recommended for those premises which have been closed during the lockdown period and will require a deep clean before opening again to remove the weeks of dust and bacteria allowed to settle during this time, assisting with preventing illness and killing germs.

Level 3 – Advanced - Decontamination Fogging/Spraying, Anti-Microbial Clean
The highest level of service in our offering is provided as a one off clean by our specialist teams only.
Using the potent Formula 429 PLUS chemical, its instant kill rating for bacteria or virus pathogens is highly effective for premises where a confirmed case of Coronavirus has been recorded in order to decontaminate the area.
This level of clean is also ideal to implement following a level 2 deep sanitisation clean to eliminate any pathogens that may remain. It is attracted to and bonds to surfaces, undersides and crevices from floor to ceiling to create a barrier which continues to kill nasties for up to 21 days.
This service is delivered by electrostatic spray or fogging and wiping and our specialist team wear full protective suits, gloves, goggles and half face masks with advanced filters throughout the clean. Due to the potency of the chemical the areas must be vacant and remain vacant for 6 hours following this service.

Level 4 Maintenance Fogging/Spraying with Zoono
Perfect as a maintenance service following our Level 3 decontamination clean, the amazing Zoono product is tough enough to kill pathogens like Coronavirus but gentle enough to not harm humans, animals or the environment.
Like our level 3 clean, this solution is also delivered by an electrostatic spray gun and backpack, or wiped. To be used in a vacant space, but with only 3 hours downtime for the product to bond, it’s also a convenient solution.
Zoono is attracted to and permanently bonds with surfaces, undersides and crevices from floor to ceiling for up to 30 days of protection and 100 washes on fabric. Anti-microbial molecules form a barrier of positively charged microscopic pins which attract and pierce negatively charged pathogens like Coronavirus, causing their cells to rupture and break up with lethal effect.
Routine cleaning can continue and will not remove or disrupt the Zoono molecule or its anti-microbial activity.
The lack of toxicity to this product means the delivery does not require the same level of PPE or risk as our Level 3 clean, which in turn means your onsite cleaners can be trained to provide this service as necessary, giving a cost effective alternative to outsourcing a specialist team on a regular basis. However, our specialist teams can provide this service as a one off or periodic clean as well.
