PTSG Delivers More Specialist Services For CBRE
Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has reunited with CBRE to deliver specialist high-level building services in North London.
The CBRE Group (Inc.), a commercial real estate services and investment firm, is the largest company of its kind in the world, managing 41 million square metres of assets across 20 countries. CBRE is very active in London, as the continued growth of Media, Technology, Fintech and Biotech businesses continue to open up new places and spaces.
PTSG has a successful history of working with CBRE. The first contract between the two organisations saw PTSG’s engineers provide a single specialist service for Norland, before its acquisition by CBRE. Over a number of years, many further contracts have been completed for a range of services from all four of the Group’s divisions.
PTSG has always sought to form collaborative working relationships with facilities management companies such as CBRE, as this yield far greater results in the provision of high-quality specialist building services. Both PTSG and CBRE were aligned from day one in their bid to deliver the highest levels of service to (often) blue chip customers.

In this contract, operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd successfully delivered roof and gutter cleaning services for a biotech business for CBRE in North London.
PTSG’s IRATA-trained operatives are high skilled and experienced in access all areas of a building to perform specialist cleaning services, as well as repairs to the fabric, plus installations and decorations where needed.
