Mr Shine succeeds Patrick Crean (Paragon’s principal shareholder), who will now take on the role of Executive Chairman. John Rogers, currently Head of Corporate Development, has also been promoted to Executive Director.
A new three-year nationwide agreement with Secure Empty Property streamlines closed-house refurbishment and disposals
Hawthorn Leisure, the pub operations arm of NewRiver REIT plc, has signed a three year service agreement with Secure Empty Property Limited, a specialist vacant property security contractor.

The Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA) is encouraging visitors to the Manchester Cleaning Show on 25-26 March to specify its Accreditation Schemes in tenders for cleaning and hygiene products.
The CHSA will be on the British Cleaning Council stand.
