A bottled water cooler in an office The Water Dispenser & Hydration Association (the WHA) has announced its full launch. The soft launch in January 2020 was stemmed by the Covid pandemic. Now that Britain is getting back to the workplace more fully, the Association is urging FMs to ensure that, when procuring or specifying water dispensers, those suppliers that are shortlisted are members of the WHA.

Belgrave Road Quadrum development frontage Quadrum, the global real estate development, investment management and advisory group, has commenced construction on its sustainable office redevelopment at 11 Belgrave Road, which will deliver 108,000 sq ft. of Grade A space in Victoria, London. The scheme is the first in the UK to achieve an Excellent 5.5-star NABERS* design-reviewed target rating for building efficiency and one of only three to be pre-certified across the country.

Aspire Via Studios building Pioneering facilities service provider, Pareto Facilities Management Ltd, has been awarded a total FM contract with Aspire Via Studios. The contract will see Pareto deliver the full suite of facilities services including management, compliance, engineering, cleaning, security and projects. Aspire Via Studios is a newly founded inspirational charity that develops creative spaces designed to help artists, the community and good causes. Pinnacle Embarks On Landmark £141M MOD Accommodation Services Contract

Pinnacle Group starts contact to provide NAMS for DIO Friday, 1st of April marks the official start of Pinnacle Group’s £141M contract to deliver National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) for 49,000 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) homes across the UK, on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). The high-quality customer services will be delivered by a specialist division – known as Pinnacle Service Families. The contract is for seven years, with an option to extend for up to three years.
