Promotions At NSS As Company Builds On Recent Success

Headshots of Phil Seaton and Malcolm Fyall, newly promoted at PTSG Nationwide Specialist Services (NSS), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has announced the promotion of Phil Seaton to Managing Director and the promotion of Malcolm Fyall to Head of Operations.

Both Phil and Malcolm will report directly to Chris Peirce, Managing Director of PTSG’s Building Access Specialists division, as NSS continues to expand its capabilities and drive operational excellence.

With a career spanning over two decades in operations, service delivery and business transformation, Phil brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having previously served as Operations Director at NSS, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s operational strategy, ensuring high‑performance service delivery across its nationwide portfolio. More recently, he stepped in as Acting Managing Director for NSS’s Pure Power business, where he successfully led teams through a period of transition while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Malcolm has more than 25 years of experience in operational management, customer service and strategic project delivery. He has built a strong reputation for driving efficiency, innovation and service excellence. Since joining NSS, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance, streamlining processes and delivering outstanding results for customers across the FM and construction sectors.
