Wates FM Named On New Four Year Constructing West Midlands Framework

A Wates FM workerWates Facilities Management has been appointed to the four-year Constructing West Midlands Framework (CWM2), managed by Acivico, under Lot 2, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and maintenance services.

This new appointment is the latest successful contract win for Wates FM and showcases the company’s capabilities in offering services to public sector organisations while strengthening the Group’s long-standing partnerships with clients across Birmingham.

The framework, which is valued at approximately £3m per year, will provide public sector clients across the West Midlands with access to specialist support for property repairs and maintenance works through an efficient procurement process.

Wates FM currently manages over 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance through a mix of site based and mobile teams.
